Nestlé Waters North America (NWNA) has closed a deal to acquire one of its largest distributors in the US, Watchung Spring Water, in a move to expand its ReadyRefresh by Nestlé operations, its bottled water and delivery service.Īs part of the agreement, NWNA will take ownership of the Watchung beverage delivery service and the building it operates in.
